Job summary

Pivot Point Solutions seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support AutoCAD-based applications for electric utility operations teams. You will troubleshoot issues, enhance business processes and assist with technology improvements in engineering, construction and field operations.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, strong analytical and collaborative skills, and the ability to work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems or engineering applications.
• AutoCAD proficiency with setup, configuration and best practices.
• Experience supporting engineering or business applications and coordinating improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Oakland approximately one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for AutoCAD and related engineering systems.
• Analyze and document business requirements for application enhancements.
• Assist with configurations, functionality, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Lead or assist in user acceptance testing, test coordination and quality reviews.
• Support deployments, change management and documentation updates.
• Maintain alignment of applications with operational processes.
