Qualifications

• 3+ years of Interior Design experience.
• Experience creating detailed construction documents.
• Luxury residential interior design background preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Create new and revise existing drawings for high-end residential interiors.
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, MEP drawings, flooring plans, millwork, cabinetry, tile layouts, sections, and schedules.
• Produce clean, accurate, and detailed construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Apply a strong understanding of what goes into high-end luxury interiors.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, builders, subcontractors, and internal design team members.
• Interpret client preferences and translate design concepts into detailed drawings.
• Coordinate revisions efficiently and accurately based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and design precision throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with strong AutoCAD skills to join a talented design team focused exclusively on high-end luxury residential interiors and custom homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who takes pride in producing highly detailed, accurate construction documents and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create new and revise existing drawings for high-end residential interiors.
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, MEP drawings, flooring plans, millwork, cabinetry, tile layouts, sections, and schedules.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Interior Design experience.
• Strong, hands-on AutoCAD experience.
• Experience creating detailed construction documents and drawings.
• Background in luxury residential interior design is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of high-end residential interiors, materials, finishes, millwork, cabinetry, flooring, and tile.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Proactive approach to projects and problem-solving.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and incorporating revisions quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, architects, builders, and subcontractors.
• Ability to visualize spaces and "see in 3D" is a plus.

This is an onsite position in Jacksonville, FL, Monday through Friday. The company has a collaborative team of designers and offers an environment where designers can take ownership of their work and contribute to a growing portfolio of luxury residential projects.

While the position begins onsite, there may be potential for a remote or hybrid arrangement once the designer is fully established in the role, based on performance and business needs.
