Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Miami seeks an AutoCAD Control Panel Designer and Draftsman to join our system integration team. You will design control panels from engineers' I/O lists, size panels, layout components, and manage AC/DC power distribution, while maintaining revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing drawings in AutoCAD, converting formats to PDF, and integrating BOMs.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of electrical schematics and electronic controls.
• Keep up to date on current technology and software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc)
• Working knowledge of AC/DC power distribution.
• Electrical understanding of relay logic.
• Understanding of control panel components functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design Control Panel from Project Engineer’s I/O list and Bill of Materials.
• Sizing of panels; Component layout; AC/DC power distribution.
• Maintain revisions throughout project cycle.
• Approved for Submittal/Construction/Field Installation/As-Built.
• Develop drawings using various versions of AutoCAD; Convert to PDF.
• Import BOM and documents into AutoCAD; collaborate with project team.
• Develop and maintain a library of panel components; support company standards.
