Job summary

Conway Design Group Inc. in Memphis seeks a Residential Designer / Drafter to design and draft custom residential homes. You will produce detailed floor plans and elevations and create construction drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.

Ideal candidates have experience with 3D renderings using SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion and collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to refine residential concepts. You should be able to work independently and fit into a team-oriented office environment.

Qualifications

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Designer / Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and drafting custom residential homes and be comfortable working in a professional, collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft custom residential homes
• Create detailed residential floor plans and exterior elevations
• Produce accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
• Develop 3D renderings and visualizations using SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion (preferred)
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to develop residential designs
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the design process
