Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of combined experience in structural steel fabrication and CAD drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Familiarity with Tekla Structures or SolidWorks is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft 2D and 3D fabrication drawings and parts lists in AutoCAD.
• Read and interpret structural/architectural drawings and welding symbols.
• Measure and prepare raw steel components for fabrication.
• Assemble parts using MIG, TIG, or stick welding per specs.
• Inspect finished pieces for dimensional accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve design conflicts.
