Qualifications

• 2-year Architectural Drafting degree/certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop architectural building plans using AutoCAD, including building specifications and layouts, sections, details, truss drawings, and specialty items for building code issues.
• Assemble material take-offs based on building plans; preparing material requisitions for specialty components and ordering specialty merchandise from vendors.
• Interact with engineers, architects, construction estimators, sales estimators, project managers, sales consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
