Job summary

Crossroads Staffing is seeking an AutoCAD Drafter with a construction background to design doors and windows. You will develop professional drawings for clients and the manufacturing team, in a high-production facility, following directions, and maintaining safety.

Work with the design team to produce detailed drawings and organize CAD libraries. The role requires 2+ years in construction, AutoCAD experience (2018+), and strong math, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 2+ yrs of construction exp.
• 2+ yrs of exp with AutoCAD software such as AutoCAD 2018+.
• Exp working with architectural or mechanical drafting.
• Good math skills.
• Solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and alter drawings using AutoCAD through all phases of a project.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and the design team on project drawings.
• Prepare submittal packages with supporting product information, details, and elevation drawings.
• Manage and organize the CAD drawing library for ongoing projects.
