Job summary

Crossroads Staffing in Oxnard, CA seeks an AutoCAD Drafter with a construction background to design doors and windows and produce professional drawings for clients and the manufacturing team.

You will create and modify drawings in AutoCAD through all project phases, collaborate with coordinators and the design team, assemble submittal packages, and manage the CAD library.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 2+ yrs of construction exp.
• 2+ yrs of exp with AutoCAD software such as AutoCAD 2018+.
• Exp working with architectural or mechanical drafting.
• Good math skills.
• Solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and alter drawings for all project phases using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and design team on drawings.
• Prepare submittal packages with supporting product information, details, and elevation drawings.
• Manage and organize the CAD drawing library for ongoing projects.

Seeking an AutoCAD Drafter with a construction background to assist in designing the best doors and windows. The applicant must be capable of developing professional drawings for our clients and our manufacturing team. Perform work in a high-production manufacturing facility and have the ability to follow directions and instructions, a team player mindset, good communication skills, commitment to safety rules, and be self-motivated. Create and alter drawings using AutoCAD through all phases of a project. Collaborate with project coordinators and the design team on project drawings. Prepare submittal packages with supporting product information, details, and elevation drawings. Manage and organize the CAD drawing library for ongoing projects.

Skills Required
