Penmac Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Detailer (Drafting Technician) for a full-time, long-term opportunity with one of our manufacturing clients in the Russellville area. This is an on-site position and is not remote.

Responsibilities

• Review sales drawings and design documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings according to established drafting procedures.
• Produce manufacturing reports and documentation to support production needs.
• Develop 3D exploded-view drawings for manufacturing and installation teams.
• Ensure drawings clearly communicate assembly requirements, specifications, and production details.
• Verify dimensions, materials, and design information for accuracy.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and installation personnel to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in updating and maintaining technical drawings as needed.
• Support manufacturing operations by providing accurate and timely drafting services.

Requirements for the AutoCAD Detailer

• Strong AutoCAD skills required
• Proficiency with computers and Windows 10
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Exchange
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to follow drafting standards and work instructions
• Must be willing to submit to any required pre-employment screenings

AutoCAD Detailer Responsibilities
