Job summary

Vive Collision is seeking an Autobody Technician to repair damaged vehicles, including structural, body, frame, and unibody work. You will assist estimators with accurate estimates and ensure repairs meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with Production Managers, adhere to safety protocols, and test drive vehicles when necessary to verify proper operation and compliance with repair standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years auto body collision repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• I-CAR and OEM certifications or training preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Auto Body Vo-Tech certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement and repair of bolt-on and weld-on panels per standards.
• Execute structural and non-structural repairs, including airbag replacement and minor mechanical work.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for efficiency, cycle time, and quality.
• Collaborate with Production Managers and Estimators on repair progress and supplements.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and adhere to repair procedures and hazardous waste guidelines.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to verify safe operation and quality.
