Chilton Auto Body in Hawthorne, CA is seeking an experienced Location Manager to lead our shop, ensure safety, optimize revenue and customer satisfaction, and manage insurance carrier compliance.

You will oversee daily production, coach technicians, review estimates, and maintain facilities and equipment. A strong background in auto body collision repair and CCC One/Mitchell experience is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production to meet ECDs and insurance KPI targets.
• Review estimates and supplements for guideline compliance.
• Maintain building and equipment including licensing, permits and safety.
• Assume full P&L responsibility including revenue, margin and overheads.
• Coach and mentor technicians/estimators for safety and performance.
• Utilize CCC One for estimating and management; knowledge of Mitchell a plus.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Title: Location Manager

Department: Operations

Reports to: Operations

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for experienced Auto Collision Location Managers to join the Chilton Auto Body team as we continue to grow and expand Come learn from the best and advance within the company. We are looking for managers, body and tear down technicians, customer service reps, estimators, and car wash/detailers. The Location Manager is responsible for overall management and leadership of the shop location, including the team's safety, revenue productivity, profit and loss statement, customer satisfaction, insurance carrier compliance, and the location's overall appearance. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTO BODY COLLISION REPAIR INDUSTRY!!

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily production ensuring ECD's are met; managing quality control and meeting or exceeding insurance KPI's.
• Review estimates/supplements for insurance guidelines and quality to ensure total compliance.
• Knowledge to maintain building and equipment including licensing, permits and safety.
• Full P&L responsibility to include revenue, margin and overhead targets and bring the month to a close.
• Technician/estimator coaching and mentoring to ensure safety, performance, compliance and efficiency.
• We utilize CCC1 platforms for our estimating and management systems. Knowledge of Mitchell and other estimating platforms a plus.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
