Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking team members for Green Clean Express Auto Wash in Hampton, VA. The role offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour with potential for advancement as the company grows and your career progresses.

As a Team Member, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service, upselling Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and driving sales while learning the wash process and operating a POS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educating customers on Unlimited Wash Club and upselling memberships.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with strong first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality control checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Pitch memberships when interacting with new customers.
