Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning seeks a dedicated Automotive Wash Bay Technician to help keep vehicles in top condition. This role involves washing with pressure washers and automatic systems, cleaning interiors, and applying wax and protective sealants to maintain shine.

The technician will refurbish headlights, ensure tools and equipment are functioning, and support a fast-paced, team-based shop. Weekend availability is required, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Previous detailing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicles using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Clean interiors and remove trash, restore upholstery and carpets.
• Apply wax and sealant; buff surfaces for shine.
• Refurbish headlights and maintain service tools and equipment.
• Adhere to customer requirements and ensure high quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
