Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Clarksville, TN is seeking an Automotive Wash Bay Technician to join our on-site team. The role involves washing vehicles with pressure and automatic washers, cleaning interiors and applying wax/sealant, and refurbishing headlights to meet pre-delivery standards.

We offer a fast-paced, team-based environment with opportunities for advancement. Weekend availability is required, and prior detailing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Previous detailing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash from interior and clean upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces.
• Apply wax, sealant and buff surfaces to protect and shine.
• Refurbish headlights as needed.
• Maintain service quality and meet customer requirements.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-delivery readiness.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
