Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive warranty product sales across a defined geographic region.

The role focuses on building relationships with local dealerships, service centers, and automotive partners while delivering structured sales plans and training to staff. You will conduct regular client meetings, identify new business opportunities, and monitor market conditions to adjust strategies.

Qualifications

Must have Automotive F&I and Territory Sales experience.
Travel frequently within the territory to meet clients.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
Experience with automotive dealerships or service centers a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of warranty products within an assigned geographic territory.
Build and nurture relationships with local dealerships, service centers, and automotive partners.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory sales goals.
Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with key clients to present warranty packages and close deals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory to expand market share.
Provide product training to dealership staff to help them effectively promote and sell warranties.
Monitor competitive activity and market conditions to adapt sales strategies.
Track and report on sales performance within the territory, providing insights to the management team.
