Job summary

Bolthouse Fresh Foods, headquartered in Bakersfield, California, is seeking an experienced Mechanic, Auto/Truck. You will support day-to-day maintenance of light and heavy-duty vehicles, troubleshoot engines, perform routine services, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years’ experience with auto/truck maintenance.
• Strong background in gas and diesel vehicle repair and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of 12V/24V electrical systems and basic welding.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and record findings for repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tune-ups.
• Repair electrical, HVAC, and engine cooling systems.
• Test drives and use diagnostics to verify repairs.
• Operate forklifts and assist with crane work as needed.
• Maintain safety, paperwork, and parts usage records.
