Job summary

East Usa is looking for a Brand Ambassador in Atlanta, Georgia, to warmly welcome guests and ensure a high level of service. The role requires prior experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

You will act as a key representative of the brand, engaging with visitors both in person and digitally, while maintaining records and assisting with security protocols. Benefits include 401(k), matching, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate person/department.
• Notify General Manager of facility, cleaning, security issues.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Assist in updating building security access systems and running security reports as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as Brand Ambassador or similar role.
• High level of communication skills and strong orientation to customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional and pleasant attitude with employees, business contacts, student dealers, visitors.
• Flexible and calm during high visitor traffic.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives.
• Attend additional training as requested or deemed necessary.
