Hometown Tire Pros & Car Care in Plainview, TX is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician with a flat-rate pay of $30–$40 per hour. The role targets preventative maintenance, general repairs, and light diagnostics across diverse vehicle makes, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no Saturdays.

Earn between $70k and $80k annually as production grows, with weekly pay, paid training, and company-paid ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience.
• Basic to intermediate diagnostic skills.
• Own professional automotive technician tools.
• DVI experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a technician team.
• Flat-rate pay: $30–$40/hour, weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general automotive repair
• Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, brake, shock, and strut concerns
• Perform wheel alignments and differential services
• Complete engine bolt-on repairs and basic electrical repairs
• Diagnose and repair A/C and heating systems
• Perform vehicle inspections and light diagnostics
• Service domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles
• Maintain efficient production while completing quality repair work
