Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee to perform repairs and maintenance per dealership and factory standards, while building customer trust and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Technician; OEM experience welcome.
• ASE, Lexus or Toyota certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order and standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with factory Bulletins and attend training classes as appropriate.
• Keep the work area organized.
