Qualifications

• Must have automotive service experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo background check as per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on repair orders per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers and colleagues.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and training classes.
• Maintain an organized work area and keep management informed of repair issues.
