CarMax is hiring a Mechanical Associate at our West Point, VA facility. You will inspect, diagnose, and recondition vehicles to meet CarMax’s safety and quality standards, working with a skilled team to resolve complex issues efficiently.

The role offers hands-on experience with domestic and foreign models, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. ASE certifications are preferred, and strong health and safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles to high safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
