What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles while delivering the quality and efficiency expected from a professional dealership service department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, HVAC, engine, transmission, drivetrain, and electrical repairs.
• Use factory and aftermarket diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality-control inspections before vehicles are returned to customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other members of the dealership team.
• Maintain professional standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of modern vehicle systems.
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Own basic hand tools appropriate for the position.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• STELLANTIS certifications are preferred and may qualify for additional compensation.
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
