Job summary

Randy Wise Automotive Team in Flint is seeking an Automotive Customer Service Representative who welcomes guests with warmth, listens to needs, and guides them to the right person or department.

You will maintain a tidy showroom, handle phone inquiries with patience, and coordinate with sales and service to ensure a smooth visit. Prior retail or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort with face-to-face interaction and phone communication.
• Basic computer literacy for logging customer interactions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is helpful but not mandatory.
• Genuine interest in learning about vehicle features and technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest who walks through our doors with a warm, genuine greeting.
• Listen closely to what customers need and guide them to the right person or department to get those questions answered.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting showroom floor that reflects the quality of the vehicles we represent.
• Manage incoming phone inquiries with patience and a helpful spirit, ensuring no caller feels like just another number.
• Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure a smooth transition for customers moving between different stages of their visit.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or community gatherings hosted at our Flint location.
