Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Shop Helper in Gardena, CA to perform all-purpose duties including housekeeping of the production area, cleaning of spray booths, disposal of parts, and organizing tools. The role follows Caliber SOPs to ensure repairs are completed promptly.

The position offers week-to-week pay with overtime eligibility, on-site work, and opportunities for skill training and advancement within a production shop environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to do physical activity including lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, sweep floors, dispose of waste and help keep tools and equipment organized.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and perform minor maintenance/repairs as needed.
• Support general shop operations and follow Caliber SOPs to help repairs stay timely.
