Schedule / Expected Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday rotation may be required.
Job Summary
The Service Writer is the key connection between customers and the repair team. You’ll greet customers, create work orders, provide updates, and ensure an exceptional service experience from drop-off to checkout. Your organization, clarity, and attention to detail will keep the service lane running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and gather vehicle concerns and repair needs
Communicate service options, costs, and timelines clearly
Create and manage accurate work orders and invoices
Coordinate repair scheduling and parts availability
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Maintain clean and organized customer-facing areas
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a Service Writer, Advisor, or similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
Experience with service software and invoicing
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
