Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking Flat Rate Auto Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles on-site at the Calallen dealership. You will perform repairs per repair orders, road-test vehicles, and document outcomes with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
Service Technician experience.
Automotive knowledge essential.
Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs to Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and test procedures.
Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
Document all work performed on repair orders and test results.
Follow safety requirements and participate in continuous training.
