Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a supportive team servicing vehicles. You will learn diagnostics, maintenance, tire services, and component installation in a fast-paced retail auto care setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and diagnose simple automotive issues.
• Reading, writing, and math skills sufficient for notes and basic calculations.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tires, batteries, shock absorbers, and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and safety.
