Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O General Service Technician to perform service and installation activities for store products and services in an accurate and timely manner.

The role includes unloading tires, oil changes, tire rotation/balance, customer service, and sales duties while maintaining store appearance and compliance with safety and company policies. Missouri-specific licensing may be required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old (with parental consent).
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate vehicles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to obtain Current Motor Vehicle Inspection license within 6 months for Missouri stores.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• drain oil and change oil filters, lubricate vehicles, and rotate/balance tires
• unload tires and merchandise from transport and store deliveries
• inspect disposed tires for adjustment and proper storage or disposal
• maintain store appearance and stock shelves
• greet customers and provide fast, friendly service
• promote sales through explaining benefits and suggesting promotions
• perform pricing, promotions, and vendor check-in per policy
• operate vehicles safely in service areas
