Job summary

Big O Tires is looking for a General Service Technician to perform oil changes, tire installations, rotations, balancing, and fluid checks while maintaining a clean and safe store. The role includes greeting customers, promoting services, and supporting new-employee training.

Qualifications

Must be 17 years of age or older.
Ability to learn new concepts and using technical materials.
Ability to operate a computer and basic office tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive MT/AT vehicles.
Able to work outdoors and comply with PPE requirements.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Missouri MVI license within 6 months of eligibility.

Responsibilities

Drain oil and change oil filter, rotate and balance tires, and torque wheels.
Inspect and replace fluids and lights, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance.
Greet customers, explain service benefits, and promote sales.
Perform sales duties per policy, including pricing, promotions, and upselling.
Assist in training of new employees and communicate issues to supervisor.
Adhere to company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
