Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old (with parental consent).
• Able to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Able to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain MV inspection license within 6 months for Missouri stores.

Responsibilities

• Drain and change oil, install/rotate tires, and service fluids.
• Unload tires and merchandise from trucks and deliveries.
• Inspect disposed tires and manage storage.
• Maintain clean facilities and stock shelves.
• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Explain benefits of services and promote sales.
• Perform sales tasks including pricing, promotions, and upselling.
• Keep store appearance aligned with Big O Tires standards.
• Safely operate customer vehicles in service areas.
• Complete required training and stay updated.
• Inform supervisor of maintenance issues.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Adhere to policies; perform other duties as assigned.
