Job summary

Delta World Tire Company in Gulfport, MS is seeking a General Service Technician to perform oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, and basic repairs under supervision. Training will be provided to advance toward ASE certification, with opportunities for career growth.

The role offers compensation of $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience, and a benefits package including paid time off, insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience preferred; energetic and hard-working individuals with a passion for cars will be considered.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, MVR, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, tires, and supplies from vendors or the office using company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle safely and obeys traffic laws.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing and tire rotation.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and follows safety procedures.
