Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose causes of malfunction.
Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements.
Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Document work performed on the repair order, record test procedures, results, and time per company recording and clocking procedures.
Maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
