Job summary

A local automotive service center is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join its team. This full-time position involves performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring high-quality service, and communicating effectively with customers. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience and a strong understanding of automotive systems. Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
