Job summary

Hireology is seeking an Automotive Dealership Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles with quality workmanship and customer service. The role requires strong mechanical skills and ability to operate diagnostic tools in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, documenting work, and communicating findings with service advisors.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and vehicle repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle issues.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and drivetrain repairs.
• Document work performed accurately on repair orders.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with service advisors.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
