Hireology is seeking a skilled Automotive Dealership Technician to join our service team in Lubbock, Texas. The role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles with quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, and safe work practices. The technician will communicate findings to service advisors and document work completed, while contributing to a positive customer experience and dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and vehicle repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle issues.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and drivetrain repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
