Job summary

Ford Crestview is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles across A, B, and C class categories. The role requires performing repairs per repair orders, testing functionality, and ensuring safety standards in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Applicants with ASE certifications or willingness to acquire them, and experience with electrical/hybrid systems, are preferred. Strong teamwork, parts coordination, and commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with diagnosing vehicle issues and making repairs.
• Proficiency with brake, steering, suspension, and drive axles systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles as per repair orders.
• Communicate with parts and service advisors to ensure proper workflow.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Lead or supervise apprentices as assigned for A/B classes.
• Perform road tests and verify completion of repairs.
