Job summary

Step One Automotive Crestview is seeking an automotive technician to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles across A, B, and C classes. You will work with parts, document work, and participate in safety and training initiatives in a fast-paced shop.

We value accuracy, reliability, and the ability to read technical manuals, with opportunities for ongoing manufacturer training and advancement. Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electric and Hybrid vehicles a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• ASE certifications preferred for C Class, willing to obtain if not possessed.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Documents all work performed on the repair order.
• Maintains and uses shop tools and manuals with care.
• Complies with safety regulations and keeps work area clean.
