Village Cadillac Toyota in Homosassa Springs, FL, part of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, is seeking a Service Technician mid-level with a strong customer-service focus. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, a temperature-controlled shop, and flexible schedules to support work-life balance.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to department profitability while delivering exceptional customer service to our loyal clientele.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary automotive training, certification, or equivalent work experience.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Repairs vehicles as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs efficiently.
• Attends meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
