Job summary

Fleet Farm is hiring an Auto Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles in their Auto Care team. You will service oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery work, and component replacements, ensuring safety and quality for customers.

A flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. This is an on-site role with opportunities to learn and advance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and oil filter changes, tire rotations, and vehicle courtesy checks.
• Check and replace fluids, air filters, bulbs, and wipers.
• Install batteries and check charging systems.
• Mount and balance tires and perform wheel alignment checks.
• Install and replace components such as shocks, struts, brakes, suspension, steering, and accessories.
• Road test vehicles and ensure all services are completed safely, accurately, and with a high degree of quality.
• Provide excellent service and ensure work meets the needs of the customer.
