Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Auto Care Advisor in Blaine, MN to engage customers, assess needs, and guide product and service selections. You will schedule service visits, prepare estimates, and clearly explain costs and options while promoting tires, parts, and maintenance services.

You will stay knowledgeable about automotive products and support events and loyalty programs, ensuring services are completed accurately and to high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting, preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Promote and sell tires, parts, accessories, and automotive services based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of automotive products, services, and basic maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and battery installation.
• Support Auto Care Center events, promotions, loyalty programs, and other Fleet Farm initiatives while ensuring services are completed accurately and to a high standard.
