Responsibilities

• Technicians perform work on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership/Ford standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to specification.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings for necessary repairs.

Hiring Automotive Technicians $70,000 - $100,000 a year

Capitol City Ford Greenfield is immediately looking for a service technician willing to learn from several master tech mentors.

Capitol City Ford Greenfield, just a short drive from Indy, is the newest store added to our Bob Thomas Dealerships family. • Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards
• Automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to specification
• Mechanics provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
