Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care is hiring a Store Manager for the NC Triad area. You will oversee the location, drive sales and profitability, ensure quality control, manage daily paperwork, inventory, and customer satisfaction, and provide repair recommendations.

You will coach and supervise service advisors and vehicle technicians, leading by example with a positive tone. We offer competitive pay, a monthly performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, a 401k with employer matching, PTO after 6 months,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses or technical program preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years in automotive service or retail management.
• 2+ years customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the location's sales, profitability, quality control and daily operations.
• Oversee inventory, paperwork, and customer satisfaction.
• Make repair estimates and recommendations; supervise service advisors and technicians.
