Auto Systems Centers in Okemos, MI is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our state-of-the-art tire, repair, and service center. You will supervise staff, manage sales, inventory, and expenses while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

With a focus on profitability and growth, you’ll direct technicians, implement sales programs, and use our digital dashboard to track weekly earnings as you drive the business forward.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
