Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel and controlling operating costs.
• Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of vehicle repair and maintenance.
