Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time Store Managers for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Okemos, MI.

As Store Manager you will supervise store operations, drive sales, manage inventory and personnel, and ensure outstanding customer service while earning weekly pay with bonus potential and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail store management
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift items over 50 pounds
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to maximize profitability and sales
• Direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
• Monitor inventory and expenses and control operating costs
• Communicate with customers and assess repair needs to ensure satisfaction
• Implement and manage sales programs and drive weekly earnings growth
