Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Specialist to deliver outstanding customer care while learning store operations. You will assess customer needs, suggest appropriate products or services, and perform basic vehicle services to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role combines front-end customer interactions with hands-on vehicle servicing, including tire work and oil changes, in a store environment open seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 2-year degree or similar training.
• Experience in consumer retail sales optional; automotive experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to customers.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend products or services.
• Perform basic vehicle services (oil changes, tire services, rotations, balancing).
• Assist with store operations and merchandising as needed.
• Promote in-store financing options (CFNA).
