This entry-point role offers real room to grow within the automotive industry, with training and mentorship provided by a family-owned team focused on integrity and customer care.

You’ll greet guests, safely move vehicles, prep cars, and support advisors and technicians, all while upholding Grubbs’ standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Entry point into automotive service with no experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet service guests warmly as the first point of contact.
• Park, stage, and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Move vehicles between the service drive, shop, car wash, and lot.
• Wash and prep vehicles to a presentable, spotless standard.
• Keep the service drive, lot, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Shuttle vehicles, parts, and loaners for advisors and technicians.
• Protect vehicles from damage with careful handling.
