Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach, train, coach, and mentor your team to develop Best in Class execution and customer service.
• Staff according to budget and maximize for customer needs; hire, train, and manage performance.
• Assist customers with questions and handle issues.
• Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor.
• Perform basic maintenance and tire duties as needed.
• Create employee schedules for auto service sales and technician Team Members.
• Provide sales and payroll budget reports to store leadership.
• Manage auto center profitability by monitoring payroll and controllable expenses.
