Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of automotive dealership experience.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate customer needs to management.

Responsibilities

• Download and review manufacturer surveys
• Review survey feedback with Manager
• Follow up with guests on incomplete surveys
• Coordinate with Service Manager to address concerns
