Qualifications

• Greets customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Records customer details when they enter service (name, VIN, tag, mileage, damage).
• Directs customers to the appropriate person or location.
• Maintains safe, organized service drive and parking area.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area and directs them appropriately.
• Determines if customers have appointments and records vehicle details.
• Controls traffic flow and assists with parking and loaner vehicles.
• Drives vehicles to/from service lane and parking area as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe service drive area and reports any damage or incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned and follows safety policies.
